Spiritual Journey:

Pastor Cathy’s spiritual journey has been deeply rooted in her over 25 years of involvement with Wexford Christian Community Church. From her early days serving in Youth Ministry and Sunday School Ministry to leading missions with a Youth Team and Christian Summer Camps, her faith has been continuously nurtured and strengthened through service and community.

Vision for the Church:

Pastor Cathy envisions Wexford Christian Community Church as a place where people are empowered to grow in their faith and walk confidently in their God-given gifts. She is committed to fostering an atmosphere of Christ-centered worship, pastoral care, and outreach, with a focus on ministering to the discouraged and broken.

Community Involvement:

In addition to her pastoral duties, Pastor Cathy is deeply involved in community service. She serves on the leadership team of Feed Wexford Food Bank, a vital outreach program of WxCCC. Through her involvement, she aims to address not only physical needs but also spiritual ones, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to bring hope and transformation.

Educational Background:

Pastor Cathy holds a Diploma in Youth Work from Maynooth University and has completed First Line Management training through the National College of Ireland. She has also earned a Diploma in Accredited Money Advice from the University of Ulster. Her educational background equips her to serve both the spiritual and practical needs of the community effectively.

Family and Personal Values:

Pastor Cathy is married to Paul, and together they cherish their three adult children and five grandchildren. Family is at the heart of her values, and she seeks to extend the love and compassion she experiences within her own family to the broader church community.

Passions and Interests:

Pastor Cathy is passionate about teaching and ministering to women, as evidenced by her founding and leadership of the Women’s Conference meetings. She finds fulfillment in seeing women grow in their giftings and spiritual maturity. Additionally, her commitment to Christ-centered worship and pastoral care reflects her deep love for God and His people. As a Worship Leader for many years, she finds profound joy in leading the congregation into meaningful encounters with God through music and worship.

Fun fact:

Despite her busy schedule as a pastor and money advisor, Pastor Cathy enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
